The City of White Salmon invites your feedback on the conceptual design of the Bluff Connector Trail!
This survey is designed to gather your preferences on various visual design elements, such as stair materials and site furniture. It includes conceptual examples of materials and furnishings that could influence the aesthetic vision for the trail and stairs. Your input will help the design team develop a general direction for the final study and report. Please note that other considerations, such as cost, maintenance, and material availability, will also play a role in the final decision-making process.

Survey Ends January 9, 2025.
The City of White Salmon has collaborated with a project team from Harper Houf Peterson Righellis (HHPR) and Columbia West Engineering to analyze and develop a trail connection from SR 14 to SR 141. The project site, approximately 0.19 miles in length, is situated on a steep, rocky hillside and is adjacent to private properties at several points. The trail segment will connect the City of White Salmon, located on the bluff above the Columbia River, to pedestrian routes along the waterfront, SR 14, and neighboring cities.
