If you have recently purchased a home and are responsible for the utility bills, you will need to complete a Utility Application to switch the service over to your name. We will also need a copy of the Final Alta Settlement Statement or Recorded Warranty Deed.
If you have recently signed a new lease/rental agreement and are responsible for payment of the utility bills, you will need to complete a Utility Application with the property owner to give the City permission to provide a duplicate bill to you as the tenant. Please Note: THIS PROCESS DOES NOT CHANGE THE OWNERSHIP OF THE UTILITY ACCOUNT, only provides a copy of billing to the tenant as a courteously.
