The White Salmon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 5:30 PM, or soon thereafter. The public hearing will be held in person at 119 NE Church, White Salmon WA and will include the opportunity to attend via Zoom teleconference. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public testimony regarding the following rezone proposal. REQUEST: Consider a Change of Zoning Designation of parcels from General Commercial to R-3 Multi-Family Residential. LOCATION: Subject parcels include 03111964021000, 03111964020900, 03111964010900, 03111964010600, 03111964010500 and 03113084000200.
The proposed application and staff report will be included in the Planning Commission Packet for the May 25, 2022 meeting. The packet will be available on or before May 20, 2022 on the City’s website at https://www.white-salmon.net/.
