White Salmon - Viewshed Overlay Ordinance - Public Hearing

White Salmon has prepared a draft ordinance to their Zoning Ordinance to create a Viewshed Overlay the block directly south of Rheingarten Park.

Public Hearing

A public hearing, with a virtual/telephonic attendance option, will be held during the Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday August 14 at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as possible. Any individual who wishes to testify in person or via teleconference will be allowed to do so. The hearing will be located in the City Council Chambers, 119 NE Church.

The Planning Commission has tabled the Public Hearing on the Viewshed Overlay Ordinance to allow for additional discussion and public input. The public hearing will continue on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
