Northwest Natural Gas Pipeline Project - Highway 141 Bingen and White Salmon

Northwest Natural will be working in Bingen and White Salmon August through October 2021 installing a 1.5-mile 8-inch pipe system from Bingen to White Salmon. 

Phase 1 is complete on E. Jewett Blvd. (Hwy 141) and Dock Grade

Phase 2, currently underway, is from the intersection of E. Jewett Blvd. and Dock Grade to the intersection of NE Tohomish and N. Main Avenue in White Salmon.

The week of September 20 into the week of September 27, crews will be working on NE Tohomish between NE Estes and Main Street. 

NE Church Street, between Jewett and NE Tohomish, will be closed during the remainder of the construction project. Parking access is for local tenants only. There will be intermittent single-land traffic on Main Street, at the intersection of NE Tohomish when crews are working there. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.

Paving is scheduled for September 23, on Jewett Blvd. (Highway 141) from Grandview to NE Estes, then up NE Estes towards NE Tohomish. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
