In the supporting documents (below) is the proposed “Lite” Transportation System Plan (TSP). 

Proposal name: “Lite” Transportation System Plan (TSP)

Description of Proposal: The City proposes adopting its TSP as a guiding document that identifies projects, programs, and policies to meet White Salmon’s transportation needs and explores different funding mechanisms and strategies for implementation. The TSP was developed to be compatible with existing and projected transportation and roadway plans, as well as existing City development standards. Development projects proposed within the City’s rights-of-way must conform with the City’s TSP, White Salmon Municipal Code, and all other applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

The proposed “Lite” Transportation System Plan (TSP) is currently under review, and local adoption is anticipated in August 2023.

Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearing

A public hearing regarding the proposed “Lite” Transportation System Plan (with a virtual/telephonic attendance option) will be held during the Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 5:30 PM. The hearing will be in the City Council Chambers (119 NE Church). Those interested may attend the meeting and provide oral comments at the August 9 meeting. Zoom Meeting ID: 854 3562 4821.
