• Vaccinations provided by Klickitat County Health Department
• Scan the QR Code (located on the document available under "Supporting Documents" below) to make an appointment or call 509-493-1558 (WhiteSalmon). Walk-ins welcome but appointments will take priority.
• Locations: Rhinegarten Park in White Salmon, WA (corner of N. Main Ave and NW Lincoln St)
• Date/Time: August 31st, 4pm - 7pm
• Cost: free
• $25 gift cards for everyone that gets their first COVID-19 vaccination at the farmers market. KCPH understands that there may be an associated cost to leaving work early or driving to the clinic so this $25 gift card will help to limit those costs.
• Vaccine available: Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine - available for ages 12 and up. Now FDA approved for ages 16 and up.
