DESCRIPTION: The applicant, Stephen Schmidt, has submitted a Petition for Annexation for tax Lot 33 in Lot 4 Less Tax Lots and Right of way in the SEl/4 of the SEl/4 of Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 10 East, W.M., Klickitat County, Washington, also Known as:

The East Half of the East Half of the portion of Government Lot 4 in Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 10 East, W.M., lying north of the Northline of the State Highway No. 8 and South of the South Line of the County Road Known as Coo Road. Except for the East 211 feet thereof.

PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that the White Salmon City Council will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to RCW 35A.14.130 on May 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Fire Hall, 119 NE Church Street, City Council Chambers in White Salmon WA.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, you may submit your comments to City Hall, PO Box 2139, White Salmon WA 98672 or email to public.comment@whitesalmonwa.gov, no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 15, 2024; or have someone present them on your behalf at the Public Hearing.
