COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics - November 17

COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics are scheduled as follows:

White Salmon Clinic: November 17, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m at Columbia High School (1455 NW Bruin Country Road White Salmon WA)

Appointments: Walk-ins are welcome. You may also scan the QR code on the flyer located in "Supporting Documents" below or go to https://premod.doh.wa.gov for clinics as they open up. If the clinic you are interested in is not listed on the website, please check back later or simply show up to the clinic without an appointment.

Cost: COVID-19 vaccines are free.

Vaccine available: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Janssen (J&J) COVID-19 vaccines. Pfizer available for ages 12 & up and FDA approved for ages 16 & up.

Boosters: Pfizer boosters are available for those who had their 2nd Pfizer vaccine more than 6 months ago.
