COVID-19 Update

Klickitat County remains in Phase 2 of the Governor's Safe Start - Stay Healthy County-by-County Phased Reopening. At this time, the state has paused all advancement in phases indefinitely.

The City's COVID-19 webpage has been updated with a number of proclamations issued by the Governor including

• amending restaurant and tavern requirements for Phase 2 and Phase 3
• addressing high risk employees and workers' rights
• extending moratorium on residential evictions and other housing policies

City hall will remain closed to the public until Klickitat County reaches Phase 3. City council and planning commission meetings will continue to meet via teleconference. Building permits and land use applications are being accepted by the city.
