City Council Vacancy – Position 4

Do you like being involved in the community?  Are you passionate about helping shape the future of White Salmon—a proud community working together to create and sustain a desirable place to live, work, play, and stay?

If that sounds like you, we invite you to apply for a vacant seat on the White Salmon City Council. This is a great opportunity to get involved, share your voice, and help guide the future of our city. The current term runs through December 31, 2025.

Who Can Apply?

As required by state law (RCW 35A.12.030), you must:

• Be a registered voter in the City of White Salmon
• Have lived within city limits for at least one year prior to appointment

How to Apply

Send us a letter of interest telling us a little about yourself and your desire to serve. Be sure to include:

• A statement confirming that you're a registered voter and have lived in White Salmon for at least one year
• A statement saying you're willing to serve the remainder of the term and actively participate in Council work
• Your name, physical and mailing addresses, phone number(s), and email address, all clearly written
• Your signature and date

You’re also welcome to include an optional page describing any relevant experience or background you’d like us to know about.
